Konban wa!

I went to the library last week (for school) and i brought back 3 books with good sentences in them, for like shopping and such XD
so i'm reading and learning some of those phrases =D
I also signed up at interpals.com, which Sadea recommended me, so we could find some penpals to also learn Japanese from (YAY)
Japanese is fun =]
I'm really looking forward to it already ^^
so i have to do my best for school, so i can graduate and then i'm allowed to go xD
I'm sure if i put in enough effort I can succeed in graduating xD
I may sound confident, but I'm not, because i know myself xD but if it's for Japan, i feel like I can do anything!

Hi there,
back from my holiday, i've got even more money than when i left, how awesome! XD
me loves my salary.
Congrats to Sad for getting her job, it pays really well too! :D
So if we work a lot we're gonna make it, i think, I believe in it ^^
I even resisted buying a My Chemical Romance bag, and knowing me, i really love MCR O_O
i think i did quite well on that ^^
btw my post is yellow because i feel like it and it suits the band I'm listening to right now
(in case you're wondering; it's Yellowcard <3)
I've been lacking on my Japanese lately, so i need to pick it up again,
or else we're never gonna get anywhere without some knowledge of the language xD

Yehyeh, I got the job.
And I'll be making 4,78 an hour :")
I just gotta sign the contract and bring it back.
Soo I'll be starting this week.

Sadea here. ^^
As you may already know I lost my job because I suck at being a cassiere.
But two days ago I saw an advertisement in the local newspaper saying : people wanted.
I found out it was a job in a snackbar.
Which is very varied ; from serving to kitchen service.
I'm great at frying food.
So that won't be a problem at all.
I told Martine about it and the day after I called.
They told me they would call back to make an appointment for a job interview.
Sooo Today they called like 20 minutes ago.. and they asked me if I could come over tomorrow
11 o'clock.
I'm sooooo desperate for a decent job.
And this snackbar job is like a miracle since I lost my job in about 4 days ago.
Sooo Wish me luck.

Hello again :D (Title of the song from Hoobastank, I'm listening to right now ^^)

We've pretty much decided whe want to go to a traditional Japanese hotel/hostel/guesthouse or whatever :] just because that would pwn so much ^^

As for saving money, Sadea needs to get an awesome job she loves to do and pays her well =D
If it doesnt work out as we hoped it would, no problemo! we could go to Japan in 2010 as well
because we aren't planning on dying before 2010 X_X that would pretty much suck since we're both not even 18 yet.

Today I'm finally back to study my Japanese, i've been lacking on that lately ;_;
I can write all Hiragana now ^^ I'm talking about these motherfuckers:These are one of the 3 writing systems in Japan, there is also Katakana, which uses the same 'sounds' like 'ka' or 'no' . The other writingsystem is Kanji, which are the Chinese characters. There's over 2000 of them O_O'

So tonight I was searching all over the internet and i found this guesthouse near Tokyo, which was really cheap! It has everything from 2 fridges to free internet, for only 60.000 Yen for a month! (350 euros, so 175 pp! which is cheaper than 2 weeks in the hotels i found O_O) I havent talked to Sadea about it yet so I don't know how she thinks about it, but i think its an awesome deal. =o

On the other hand, that would mean we have to stay near tokyo our whole trip. Well the house is about 10 minutes walk from a trainstation so we could travel anywhere, but that means we have to be back in tokyo every night. And we'd have to pay for a month of food and everything, and that ain't that cheap. But we'll see.

AND today arrived my AnCafe shirt, which i bought on ebay <3 For those who don't know, AnCafe is this Japanese band which i love ^^ Yay for japanese things =D


And ehmmm i don't have much else to say for now, when we know more we'll let you know!

(it's evening over here in the Netherlands :'0)


Our names are Martine and Sadea, we're both seventeen years old and we would like to tell YOU a little something.
About a week ago Martine was saying something about wanting to go to Japan on msn.
I took it quite serious since I really wanted to go too and she needed someone to come along with her.
That's when we got the awesome-o idea to try and save up and go to Japan.
Since we both have a job as cassiere at the Albert Heijn.
(Our Local supermarket)
We can save up quite alot of money.
We don't know the exact date of when we want to go yet but it has to be somewhere in our summervacation.
We're planning on going in August, but we haven't decided yet.
We have to save up alot of money.
Somewhere in 1500-2000 euros I think.
Since our flight ticket will be 800 to 1000 euro's, let's hope we can find even cheaper flight tickets. And that's only the flight ticket. We will have to find a nice and cheap hotel, but it has to be a good one at the same time..
So we will start searching for flight tickets and hotels next month..
Maybe visit some travelagencies or something.
